What personal data is processed?

Only the ZIH login is processed.

On what legal basis are the personal data processed?

Processing is carried out in accordance with Section 11 (1) of the Saxon Data Protection Implementation Act (SächsDSDG) and Section 16 (3) of the TU Dresden IT Regulations.

To which parties will the personal data be shared?

Unless otherwise provided by law, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

How long will the personal data be stored?

The personal data will be deleted in accordance with Section 16 (4) of the TU Dresden IT Regulations no later than 15 months after the person concerned leaves the university in accordance with data protection regulations.

What rights do affected persons have in principle?

You have the right to obtain information from TU Dresden about the data stored about you and/or to have incorrectly stored data corrected.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data as well as the right to restrict processing and the right to object to processing.

You can contact the data protection officer of the TU Dresden at any time.

You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the law. The competent supervisory authority for data protection is:
